Have you ever had a day that just didn't seem to go right? You know, a day where you just wished you stayed in bed?
Well, we all know this is a universal experience and no one seems to be immune. But, just what could be behind this kind of roller-coaster ride in Life? Have we really ever taken a closer look to find out why these days occur? We're much more likely to just hope that they'll just move on and that the next day will be better, without wondering if we could somehow control this mysterious factor of Life Energy or "Chi".
Step One: Life Energies Surround Us Always.
What we were experiencing during those times (and others like them), was the picking up of, and a reaction to, an invisible field of negative energy that was being transmitted to us by other material objects, places or people.
We're all literally swimming in a Sea of Energy whether we're sleeping or awake, and, as we've already mentioned and experienced, these energies actually can affect how we act and react to our daily World and the people in it.
When I write of Negative Energies, I'm describing those energies that have the ability to impede our progress, dreams and goals. These are the very negative energies that cause our "off days", bad feelings and depression-like moods.
The Positive Energies are supportive and energy-giving ones (unlike their opposite numbers). We feel absolutely Great when the Positive Energy Web surrounding us is the prevalent or strongest one. These are those "full on" days when everything seems to be going right.
Our very best creativity and productivity happen when we have ample supplies of Positive Chi energy at our beck and call. The negative energies pull us down, so, learning a few tricks and gathering a few simple tools to keep our energies on the positive side, will work greatly in our favor.
Step Two: Stay On Optimistic Side Of Life.
The Quality Of Your Energy Will Control Your Life.
Here's the really good news; we can shift our personal Energy fields quickly from negative to positive. It only requires a few tricks to make this shift start to take place.
Here's an example of how to shift energies: Practice some "Positive Thinking", or, better yet, take a good, strong positive thought (Love, Service, Gratitude, or other Virtues), hold that thought for as long as you can without letting other thoughts or outside activities distract you from this goal. If you can accomplish this for more than a few minutes, you will start to shift your emotional state and change your day for the better. Guaranteed.
The real secret of this particular method is that Human Beings can only hold a single thought or emotion at a time. By replacing a negative-generating thought will a positive-generating one, we have no choice but to cancel out the old bad energy effects and replace them with good effects. This takes place at the chemical level in our Brains and, if we do this more and more each day, we'll affect our whole energy level for the better.
It simply takes a little time for those chemicals to go to work and so, hold those good thoughts as long as you can!
There are other methods also: great art, music, exercise, meditation and other positive energy producing acts.
Offsetting the negative energies that before now, used to plague us with just some simple tools like those described in this article, is a major step forward in controlling our lives.
